Mothers' Bridge of Love

The English registered charity Mothers' Bridge of Love was founded by the Chinese writer and broadcaster Xinran in 2004. The aims of the charity are to reach out to Chinese children throughout the world. The idea is to build a bridge between adopted Chinese children around the world and their birth country at the same time offering an insight of the West to Chinese children at home. It is hoped that all will benefit whatever their backgrounds; that cultural ties may be strengthened and help offered to families both East and West wherever it is needed.
