Biography

 Maria Jose Añapa lives with her great aunt in a wooden hut in the most extreme poverty.  She is there because her mother abandoned her.  Her health at this time is stable but she needs continuous medical attention not to mention food and clothing.  Her great aunt only receives a paltry amount which is the minimum allowance for the care of one child.
