Biography
Eduardo lives to the north of Guayaquil with his mother and three siblings: Efren 15, Johana 11 and Ronaldo 10. They all work 10 hours a day, six days a week, either as jugglers or cleaning car windshields all without supervision from an adult. Eduardo is a boy who is very receptive; he likes very much interacting with his friends and street workers, especially when they have some group activities together. He can, however, also display aggression at times. Eduardo likes to play football and has a lot of other abilities. He is an orphan since 9 months now which is the reason he left school and had to go to work due to the severe economical difficulties of the family. With the sponsoring of Eduardo it is hoped that he will leave this dangerous street life he currently leads and return to school in order to complete his educational development within the school structure. As long as he remains in the programme, his family will be provided with a monthly allowance equal to what he was earning on the street as compensation and to support his medical and school fees.

The īLove a Childī Foundation
The īLove a Childī Foundation is a non-profit making organisation helping to provide boarding facilities and schooling for poor and needy children, most are orphans or semi-orphans. They receive a full education and accommodation in an environment which preserves their cultural heritage. The Charity has a board of trustees and publishes an annual report and accounts in the spring of each year.
