Biography
Edison has two brothers aged 0 and 3 years. He suffers from severe malnutrition and has also been subjected to physical abuse by his own mother who is mentally much younger than her actual age. His family is extremely dysfunctional and of absolute poverty where there is evidence of promiscuity and overcrowding. The three brothers live in a family house, that is to say a home with one mother with other children in the same sad situation. The biological mother doesn’t want to know about her sons. Edison is 4 years old He desperately needs medical treatment from a traumatologist located in an area difficult and expensive for him to travel to.

The ´Love a Child´ Foundation
The ´Love a Child´ Foundation is a non-profit making organisation helping to provide boarding facilities and schooling for poor and needy children, most are orphans or semi-orphans. They receive a full education and accommodation in an environment which preserves their cultural heritage. The Charity has a board of trustees and publishes an annual report and accounts in the spring of each year.
